Policies

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review policies below:

*By booking an appointment you agree to ALL policies of The Brow Bar 

*The Brow Bar has the right to refuse service to anyone

*Please reach out if you have any questions

Deposit

A non-refundable $100 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will go toward your total service cost and is necessary to hold your spot. Please note that deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. 

Cancellations

Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice prior to your appointment. You may reschedule an appointment only once before forfeiting your $100 deposit.

Any reschedules or cancellations after that will result in a loss of your deposit, and you will be charged 25% of your appointment (due before you can reschedule).

Late Arrivals

Please plan accordingly to avoid being late for your appointment. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.

If you need to be rescheduled due to being late, you will be charged 50% of your procedure cost on top of your appointment fee, and will not be able to book at The Brow Bar until charges are paid. 

Appointment Reminders

An appointment reminder will be sent out two days before your scheduled appointment via text and email. 

Payments

Your deposit can be paid by Venmo: @MariahMerrifield or by 

Zelle: mariah.merrifield@yahoo.com

Your remaining service balance will be collected at your appointment by Cash,  Venmo, or Apple Pay. 

*The Brow Bar does not accept personal checks. 

PMU Results

The Brow Bar does not guarantee healed results. Results can vary from person to person due to many factors. Please read the "aftercare" section for more details.

Post-Procedure

If you have any touch-ups or PMU work done by another artist after your initial procedure from The Brow Bar, you will not be booked for any future touch-ups until your pigment has faded. The quality of your results can not be guaranteed without knowing the products used and the integrity of the other artist.

Sick Policy

Please cancel/reschedule your appointment if you are currently experiencing or have experienced ANY symptoms in the last 5-7 days out of respect for your artist. If you show up with any symptoms, The Brow Bar has the right to cancel our appointment.

Children

Please coordinate childcare for your young children. During your procedure, you will be unable to attend to your children. If you arrive with your children, your appointment will be cancelled and charged as a last minute cancellation.
